Whatever your music preferences are no one can deny DeZurik sisters actually could sing, unlike many of the untalented "singers" of today. Look at this family of singers from Madagascar: Les Surfs - T'en Vas Pas Comme Ca . Now, find me a singer on today's top lists that can use their voice and talent with such fluidity. Not to mention these guys had no problem singing in 5 different languages.

Love the DeZurik Sisters! I hope someone collects their recordings and puts them on CD. I would be one customer for sure! You can only get a couple of their performances on compilations but one just of them would be great. Yeah for Minnesota talent!

I agree they are good but I hope you are confining your comment to Americans only; otherwise you haven't heard Melanie Oesch, Angela Weidl, Margret Aylmer et al. Try looking up "Jodel" on you tube.

Margret Almer is an outstanding singer and the best yodler I ever heard, should have made it big. Frustrating that it is almost impossible to get her CDs in U.S. and nicer looking than virtually all the American female singers. My guess she was just too nice.  Angela Wiedl is one of my favorite singers. In my opinon, Melanie Oesch does not interpret songs or sing as well as Angela, who is one of the best international singers. My minority vote for best singer of German songs was Petula Clark.
