2. This was not a town hall meeting. This was a coungressional staffer holding office hours in a branch office.

Congressional staff do not speak in front of the press at district office hours. These meetings are not designed for large public dabate. Attend a town hall meeting with the congressman who will be voting on health care, the staffer dosnt have a vote. The point of office hours are to allow people a convenient way to get their bureaucratic problems and questions to the Congressman. It appears that the group in this video are not aware of the purpose of the staffers visit which is why press availability was not being permitted. If you want to ask questions and get answers on the spot with press attending, attend a town hall meeting with the Congressman, thats what they are for, don't harass staff members who are trying to do their jobs.
