@MrChetwannabe manuals are fun to drive but if you are a drag racer then you know the real and fastest way to go is with the automatics...but if it was a 2010 or newer ss i would have gotten a manual only becuase the auto had 26 less hp than the manuals...but it's hard for a manaul car to beat a stalled out automatic with gears..given they have the same HP...my point a 500 RWHP 2010 camaro SS that has a 3k stall will be about 3 tenths of a sec faster than a 500 RWHP manaul ( even with gears)

A general rule, especially on a new car, if a part can removed for paint, do it. Not trying to hate on your comment, but thats how most painter think.
