Wow...no they don't...UV lights do (They're purple, not blue)...and LEDs are too weak even if they did emit UV. And to make it worse, those lights are white, not blue. Pure white looks bluish I guess. But yeah. Maybe look into your facts a bit more before you go condemning people to cancer...which is all around us anyways.
