perfect film. every second of it. Do you ever wonder why films like this are not made any more? It's one of the few films that expresses love from a man's point of view.almost frightening...

well, you know most of the films dealing with love and romance are usually from a female aspect. which is fine. But women always complain that they can't understand the way men think and feel. Well, here's a perfect film telling them. I hope you didn't mean man's point of view between man and man. No problem with gays at all, I'm just not one of them.

@fonagyg well then love from a man's point of view is just creepy. that is just depressing . that is not helpful to the world at all. people are crazy. not how it's really supposed to be you know. and not all men are like that.

@applemoon237 I think You got me wrong. Love in this film is only shown until Oscar really wants out around the middle of the film. From then on it is everything but not love. Mainly selfishsness, arrogance etc. But up until that point, the way they get together, the tenderness is just beautiful. I've never seen it shown better ijn any film than this one. I hope I cleared things a little bit.

VANGELIS released the title theme of BITTER MOON on his "REPRISE 1990-1999" album. Another version of the end title exisits on an album performed by ED STARINK. VANGELIS should release the complete soundtrack, please, please, please, VANGELIS!. DO IT!!!
