  • adorable!! :)

  • i love my new fiddler crabs, they're so cute!

  • is that one of those algae discs out of the package you can buy for pleco's?

  • That's a great pic of your fiddler eating!

  • My daughter wants to bring one of these home..she says it eats shrimp or algae...does neone know if they are a managable pet?

  • It doesn't matter if you buy it from the pet store of get it of the beach becuse so far it's IMPOSSABLE to bread these in captiveity..i would recomend getting a 10+ gallon tank with sand or little rocks make the water brackish..

  • They're not tough to care for. They need BRACKISH water (instructions for brackish should be on whatever aquarium salt you buy), and some land in their tank. What you could do is get a 10+ gallon tank (20+ is better, long tanks are better) and make a slope of sand or gravel and fill the remaining area with water, and give rocks/decorations they can climb on and hide in. You can feed them sinking pellets; special crab/lobster food is inexpensive. Change water once a week. They do well in groups.

  • Oh yeah, and they climb! Make sure the top of the tank is secure.

  • I just want you to know that next to you...I'm Vince's biggest fan! Go Vince!

  • those algae pellets look weird compared to mine the ones i have are bigger and is green

  • theyre the cheap brown ones
