good stuff man. i was wondering bout that newer version of foam roller you have in the backround. Do you like it ? is it better in any way version normal foam rollers that are smooth ? thank you in advance
@vivalageorge5 Not to answer for him, but it isn't foam like I thought it would be. Not sure how to describe it, I guess it's platics but it has a little give to it. Not sure if that's what you want but I was expecting it to be foam.
@black429 haha you're right about that. Not much I can do since all the rooms have carpet =(. But it's all good, professional carpet cleaners for the win!
@WUTANGinNJ Not sure I have an exact num but before I started I was about 140lbs and when I finish P90X the first time I was between 150-155lbs. That seems to be where my body is in homeostasis. A year ago I modified by eating A LOT more and focuses mostly on lifting heavy, I peaked around 165lbs then. Back to 154lbs right now.
@TheKingpelu Got it to 11%, 1% off from my goal. I had my recovery week through the holidays and ate a little bit feely lol. But I am still around 11.5% last I checked.
it looks fun...good to see someone else do it. I bought my set last week...have yet to take before photos...so i can start it.
