While yes the Enterprise should make quick work of the standard Vor'Cha cruiser. It all depends on the situation and upgrades. The start of the video, the Enterprise looked like it got caught by surprise by getting several attacks from Enterprise's rear.
I think he means excellent, and he's right, good clip. If I'm not mistaken, that is a Vorcha class attack cruiser, and yeah, it would have a tought ime against the Ent-E.
It looks more like a structural integrity field being hit than a shield by the looks of it, the fielding collapses and takes a direct hit on the port nacelle.
I have a newer version of this clip that has a different effect for shields and also has illuminated Enterprise-E lights. As you can see in this clip there are none on the saucer.

It might just be me.. but the beginning of the explosion sounds a bit like Link charging his sword for the spin attack from link to the past. haha :)
