  • Hi Faust. I hope you continue to do interviews on various topics. I thought this one was pretty interesting because she had an expressive, emotional face. It was fun to watch her reactions to your questions. I know interviews are very hard to do. I've tried a couple of times and the people "clammed up" on me! I think you have to have the personality to put them at ease. Brian.

  • @LoveMattersMost Thank you. I don't know what seized me to do this....to go up to strangers and talk to them...lol (the Greeks would have had a name for that...although I am unsure exactly what).

But there are so many people I pass in a day, and it was nice to talk to them. I think you can learn something from every situation you find yourself in, although sometimes it's harder to find than others. Cheers!

  • she is so beautiful, and was a really sincere with her answers:)

    Thanks for stopping by.

  • Kat's response reminded me of a video shoot I was doing for the Miss Ocala pageant. When asked by a judge who was new to the area what places or things of interest he could go to or do in Ocala, the contestant said, "Nothing! Do what me and my friends do and go to Orlando." Amazingly enough, she didn't win the crown.

  • @kingdomofchrissmith I wanted to see Ocala first hand. So, I did a youtube search and I found v=bvdYYdJsB9Q and immediately saw the contestant's point. I lol'd at the comments below the video:

-well done young man verygood theres alot to do here

---- Lol. Theres nothing to do here.

  • @TheFaustianMan I definitely agree with the term "Slowcala", but that's the point of living here. Here are some tourist points, though: Silver Springs Theme Park; the numerous crystal clear springs; mountain biking and hiking trails; and camping. The place is very nature-based. It's a great weekend getaway from Orlando or Tampa.

Here's a video I did for the Marion County Film Bureau back in 2000: v=IX6gZ0qIImQ

  • @kingdomofchrissmith That's so cool! It reminded me of where the Swamp Thing comic is set, with all this old southern money, red necks, and black magic.

  • @TheFaustianMan Funny you should mention that, because when Universal Studios Florida opened up, they were shooting the Swamp Thing TV show there and on location around here. And now that you bring it up, it makes me want to break out my Swamp Thing collection.

  • FIRST!? When was that recorded?!

  • @miltownkid Hey Miltown! Happy New Year! Sometime in August. Had the footage sitting around... you know how it is.
