With the help & guidance of Supreme Judicial Council Lawyers Bar Councils must work out an auditing/accountability formula to enforce & accelerate smooth JUSTICE. As JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. If the lawyers forums think on earning money by delayed tactics then Pakistan will remain destroyed in the worst condition in all departments of life and political filth will continue ruling Pakistan. Another Quaid E Azam can emerge from Lawyers forum preferably but sincerity is the requirement.
The Chief Justice is there trying to straighten the judiciary inclusive of all the judges & the lawyers but that's all he can do. As the constitution making body is the parliament majority of which is the political filth of Pakistan now being exposed at a great pace by the media from all ends. Even if one goes to the judiciary to have his appeal/witness recorded its not done without bribe. If one gets a decision being his right he doesn't get it without paying for it. Chief please solve it.

But will the Anti Pakistan Alliance (elite class included) let him implement Justice, Law & Order? As the Alliance claims to have invested billions of $ on Pakistan to destroy it in all fields of life. But if Chief Justice is let to enforce law & order then all the investment so far is zero. Army Chief must be there to guard his life and help him out of any crises if created in his way

CJ IFtikhar choudhary is now restored ..... so ***** off.... this is some thing that could be achieved when we had a democratic government.... a government that was answerable to the people of pakistan and not to that war criminal bush the bastard... i donont assert that pakistan is out of every problem .... situation is still far form perfect.... but it certainly is a step in the right direction.... and we have decided that NO MORE DICTATORS!!
Since the day Pakistan came into being justice is just a dream for a common man. A judge is not allowed to officiate in any specific city court for more than a few months. Similarly a police officer officiating at district level like SSP is not allowed to work for a month or 2 at the seat and these actions encourage outlaws as well as violation of law here. The officiating govt is not interested in implementing the law. It's just desirous of its corruption to be unexposed in this way.
Look i respect all of your opinions but i think all of these polticians, musharraf including cj who has become one now, are self serving power mongers. they dont give a fuck about the pakistani people
We salute you chief justice Iftikhar chudary h your only crime was that were the true custodian of constitution,gave relief to so many pakistani people,ask these military and civil burucracy about thier plundering of the country resources such as murree plots,Islamabad forms steel mill etc.God bless you.Whole nation is praying for you.
