I'm sorry I have to agree with the last comment if this bloke was for real he would have posted the cure to everyone,I'm 32 and I am a sufferer with external piles.All I have found is loads of people trying to sell this book and options for surgery,I think if you are lucky they will go after a week or so if not there is a new treatment called HALO-RAR this is still surgical but is suppose to be less painfull there are videos on here for this!
