I am desperate,PLEASE respond. Do you know ANYTHINg about a tenants rights in reference to bed bugs. As you know,times are hard,and we cannot "just move". I have a dog and my l.lord wanted to use toxic spray. if you cangive me ANY advice, i would appreciate it.I LIVE in new brunswick,and cannot even sleep anymore.
