Let me clear up some confusion. Some of my videos have a skiping the last second glitch too. I think it happens when your video is like example 19.52 secs long. Youtube rounds this number up, making it 20. This causes them to skip 19, so the video stays the same length as when you recorded it. Does that help you understand a little better??
