She (Sam) is doing it wrong - She should say "Call 911 and get an AED", she should also tilt the head back when checking for breaths and watch to see if the chest is rising for (I think) 10 seconds, also, she shouldn't have her hand on the nose - it should be on the forehead.
@BelieveInTrance AEDs can be found lots of places -- hospitals, schools, airports, buildings, casinos -- anywhere there are people! The American Heart Association works to get more AEDs in more places because we know that CPR can help keep a cardiac arrest victim alive until an AED arrives and shocks the heart.
