You gave very broad answers to both actually and when they asked u to b specific u got mad, maybe they would help or explain it if u weren't being a asshole
I really dont know what EA was thinking, to outsource their live chat to India. However, the phone support on the Danish line is excellent. They understand my language because I am danish aswell. And they actually know about the various games. Personally I never use live chat support. They always give these discount codes as a form of compensation :P
@Renegenify Just to defend Origin a little. Steam had several years perfecting their software. Origin is still in a beta stage. It is unwise to compare these two, when EA haven't had nearly as much time as Steam to develope their programme.
@Gemmlarsen Lol. You're really defending Origin even though as you say: Steam has been out for several years perfecting their model? That means that Origin HAS a perfected model to work off of, but no they don't want to add more features or anything to Origin to make it as good or even better then Steam. Don't defend Origin because it doesn't DESERVE to be defended with the shitty interface and whatnot.
Now that I look back on this I feel pretty bad for talking to people like this who are trying to do their job, But they didn't know how to do their job so it made me mad that they couldn't do a single thing.
@MOTOX0711 i think hes on !THE BEST! and i am the one who called EA in the first place and told them about it so thank you and a real personn i was talking to and he was like this shouldnt be happing and something is wrong with the website it will take long time to fix he said.
I asked them about an issue on BF3 about my game being stuck at the title screen and all they said was "check your disk to see if its scratched" I TOLD them I downloaded the game... What's more I tried contacting another support person and they said the EXACT SAME THING. I say their robots or just REALLY retarded
weird when i contacted them because bf3 was not working online :( they did not help me at all they just repeated themselves and asked for my gamertag hmmmm are they robots? D:
