Death Race 2 coming out sometime in 2011. According to IMDB, the film is already in the post-production stage. It will be a prequel to this film, and will have Robin Shou (14K) and Frederick Koehler (Lists) from the cast returning. Other actors include Sean Bean (Boromir; The Lord of the Rings Trilogy), Danny Trejo (Predators, Machete), Ving Rhames (Pulp Fiction, Dawn of the Dead), Luke Goss (Hellboy 2), and more.

However, it will be a direct to DVD film under Universal Studios. No theaters. :(
