No, there is no military base in EP. These are two privately owned vintage aircraft which are no longer in service. They were used to train navy pilots from the 1950s to the early 1980s. It was lucky that these aircraft and I were in the same place at the same time! I think these guys may have been practicing for an air show somewhere in the United States, but I am not sure. By the way, you are commenting as if you are "rayofminneapolis." Are you and rayofminneapolis the same person?
