NTW game is much better than AOE3 but I can see why one might think its the same after watching this video. This video is a poor representation of the truly epic scale of this game and the combat, something that differentiates it from AOE3 which I was very disappointed with. Multilayer battles are where it's at, it would seem that no matter how hard they try then can never get a computer to be worth playing against. I encourage you to look up more videos, search "saiedz" he makes awesome movies.

@TheMabo63 but in in AoE its about makrocosmus and Total war was always mikcrocosmus
