A "timed exclusive," they call it. A "screw-you" to 360 owners, that's what I call it. Think about it: Ninja Gaiden II is on the 360. Ninja Gaiden SIGMA II is on PS2. Full Auto is 360, but Full Auto 2 is on PS3. Phantasy Star Universe: AOTI is playable offline on PS2, requires online for the 360. What the Hell!

_____Ha-ha, the game FOOLED Y'ALL! It's done with all the love and art of 8-bit musicians and bright sprites from the 16-bit era. But if you take note of the sheer number of crazy animations going at once, the motion blurs, the frames per second, I'm guessing it's at least 32-bit action goin' on there. And...I think the music is actually digitized work from a real band.
