Damn man, for reals. Ive listen to tom since 15yrs old, Im now 25. Its kinda sad to see his 97.1 show end, man. Work and the drive home will be boring as hell now. He had a good run though. One of the smartest, realist, ballsy person out there. He will be missed.

There is literally no talk radio that I care to listen to now. All AM radio is shitty quality and sounds like I'm listening to a 20 year old cassette tape, and the hosts are boring. 97.1 FM Talk was the best talk radio in LA by far. Four of my favorite talk shows of all time all gone overnight. It's tragic. I used to look forward to long drives with these guys... not anymore. They will be missed, but they'll be back. You can't keep talent like that down.
There are thousands of music stations---when one goes, there's an alternative. But with this particular station and this particular show --- what can remotely substitute? A major loss to those who prefer to think for themselves. Sad...we all lose on this.

I first started listening to KLSX seven years ago. and I do have to say that this is extremely sad and disheartening. The hosts of KLSX were some of the best the broadcasting industry has ever seen, and the fact that they have been replaced by "Top 40" programing is just disgusting.

Gonzokyle I totally agree with you amp radio????? you are right its lame we have too many of that on the radio already, FM talk was unique cause it was all talk but it wasnt politics or sports like other talk stations it was a variety of topics on a daily basis, that lineup was sweet, i fCBS wanted to go to music casue its cheaper ok, but top 40 music thats crap, they could use another genre why top 40 its like the ryan secresse crap on KISS FM, can stand that guy on that station
