Hi Sam, Im sure the comment is getting old but still......amazing skills my friend. Had to join and make you aware if your not already, was watchin you play that tune and said hey! I know this tune is Lucille but with out the lyrics I realized its actually a tune called Huckle-Buck twist from a vintage vinyl from Bill Blacks Combo circa 1950. I used to crank it as a kid on my fathers Grundeug. Thank you again,you brought back some good memories.

Dude, you Rock/Roll/Rip/Swing/Shuffle/an­d Inspire! Like others before me have mentioned, I too find it (relatively) easier to try and learn from your vids. I found you about a month ago, and have since got stuck in again, got the amp out of the storage, and am currently Trying to impress my wife and make my 15 year old son Jealous!!! I have many favorites of your cover's Sam, its hard to say which one I like the best since there all so good, but this one ranks way up on the top for sure!!!!! I don't think I have enough time left in my life to learn how to play this one.

That lick was stolen right off Chuck Berry's 'London Berry Blues'. Do whatever you have to do to listen that track if you haven't already. It's a goldmine of Chuck treasure.

Excellent!!! Well done!!! Lucille is my favorite Little Richard song. I love the boogie figure. It has a dark sound to it that I attribute to the 9th that is included in the figure. I also love the sax solo which I believe was composed and originally played by the late Lee Allen. The only thing that I would have done different is I would have kept the original ending. Great job none the less!
