did you start from a kombucha mother or a bottle of kombucha tea? i dont know how long to let my first batch go be for i can start a know one with my kombucha mother, i started out of a bottle?and its been to weeks of tomorrow. any help you could offer would be helpful thanks.
@onlygodstime The first time I started brewing was from a mother. This time it was from a bottle of plain GT's. I let it brew for a few weeks to let the scoby get nice and big. If you have a solid scoby at the top of your brew, I would taste it to see how it is. If it is too sweet, then let it brew a few more days. Two weeks is a good brew time imo. The typical brew time is anywhere from 6days to 3 weeks. It's all personal preference really. I hope this helps :0)
