  • This is one fo the best line ups i think of ozzy's band next to Zakk, Randy Castillo and Mike Inez

  • the after hours never gets old for some reason...even with feedback and ozzy's bedazzled shirt...haha...this shit sounds LOUD...randy rules...

  • no one watches these videos for Ozzy, its for the King Randy!!!

  • Is there any youtube volume setting which would permit Ozzies lame cat call attempt at singing to be muted while rhoads plays brilliant guitar???? lol

  • randy es dios donde sea q este :)

  • The sheer awesomeness of Ozzy's vocals are distorting the picture and audio XD

  • Randy will always be the best. God rest his beautiful, gifted, soul...

Randy, you're my biggest inspiration, thanks for your beautiful music.

(My inglish is not good, sorry)

  • @MEGADETHEVA i know how u feel, when i was 11 i thought the same, but u know what? i made it, i am now 17 and i can play all his solos perfectly, keep practicing and about 15 years old, when u start developing muscles, ull be able to play like him.

  • @bullshitproof Thanks bro, you made my day :D.

  • Randy was and is one of the best ever!!!

ahhh...and this is the year Sharon got Ozzy a bedazzler...lol

  • Randy Rhoads died in a fateful plane crash 29 years ago this day, but his memory and legacy will NEVER die....His ground-breaking guitar work brought the neo-classical style to the forefront of metal, changing it forever....All of his solos are so beautifully designed making every note count. Every section of his songs just flow so nicely into the next. I would not be playing guitar today if it weren't for him. He is an inspiration not only as a musician, but a human being....

  • @DuaLeaD I bought tickets in 82 for Nassau Coliseum on LI NY. 2 weeks later Randy was killed. Postponed the show and Brad Gillis (guitarist for Night Ranger) filled in. First they boooooed. He played all the songs and solos like Randy did in the studio versions. He was great. Everyone cheered him on paying a wonderful tribute to Randy. He is also a great guitarist. Thanks Brad. RIP Randy. God bless.

  • R I P randy

  • why does a video with more than68,400 views there isn't a dislike? because this is the real music! this is fucking perfect!

  • the crazy train music video is in this same fucking place with the same fucking clothes

  • @gusiqueiraf

Same gig??? No way!!! Good old days where artists played an hour straight without changing clothes or wiping their face and get new make up and what not. Faggots!

    Old music ftw!1

  • @pb999999999 I haven't the luck to live in this times, my luck is have you tube so I can watch this videos how many times I want haha

nowadays the people listen to justin bieber, 30H3, lady gaga... this is not real music!

    R.I.P. Randhy, we miss you

  • @gusiqueiraf

yes indeed, this is the real music. I don't know who people are kidding these days with this new "music" they're putting out. It's very rare to find any really good new music artist. Randy was one of kind, as too is Ozzy, but Randy just makes it all for me.

    Randy still lives on.

  • I remember the show the night before. Everyone stood on the arms of their chairs for the whole night. Opening band Iron City Houserockers was booed off the stage in about 10 minutes. Ozzy played a little over an hour. On one side of the stage was Rudy Sarzo pounding his bass and on the other was Rhoades. No one knew who Randy was - the LP had just come out. But we all left the Auditorium Theater raving about the guitarist. Good old Rochester NY...

  • Randy Rhoads still influences after all of these years!!! I introduced randy's music to a 16 year old recently. This KID is now sooo in amazed by him like I was when I was that age!!!

  • @cvrfkoh I agree. I have been playing guitar for about 15 years because of that man. It gets better everytime you hear it.

  • @cvrfkoh it was thru randy's style that i was able to get into guys like Dimebag and Marty Friedman, so I owe Randy's influence alot. RIP Randy Rhoads.

  • AWESOMENESS!!!

  • My god 1:10 - 1:12 Randy was surely something special!

  • Look at these idiots who missed the like button... oh wait there isnt any:)

  • Thumbs up for Ozzy's homemade shirt.

  • @Crackmyskye It even says 'Ozzy' on it.

  • @Crackmyskye I would LOVE to see him wear a shirt like that now, everyone's minds would just be blown!

  • @Crackmyskye Hehehehehehehehe... Damn right!!

  • @Crackmyskye HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

  • omfg this is pure class awesome

  • The drummer is Tommy Aldridge.

    \m/ \m/

  • i loooove ozzy's voice in this specific performance :D

  • Chins up people Randy aint dead he still lives on in our minds and hearts as one of the greatest guitarists of all time

  • I saw the Blizzard Off Ozz tour when I was 17, it still lives in my memory; the guitar playing by Rhandy inspired me to learn but then I broke my wrist and gave up. 3 months ago my girlfriend prompted me to get a hobby and here I am once again learning to play, and yes; these songs are what's driving me to play again. Sure beats trying to ride a Fireblade at 46 and breaking my neck!

  • Damn that was great! I love all the slides and even the little feedback; raw and fucking great!

  • that drummer looks like a orc

  • if i could bring one guitarist back from the dead, i would actually have a very difficult time deciding between jimi hendrix (!) and randy rhoads. which says tons about rhoads. technically proficient, musically sophisticated, and most importantly, it sounds amazing

  • Randy Rhoads. Definately the best guitarist to ever walk the earth. RIP

  • I like right at the end Randy looks over at Rudy Sarzo and his this huge smile on his face, he was really happy it sounded so good!!! lol

  • fucking hell rip dee

  • Ozzy has had about the best career any hard rock singer could have ever hoped for. I mean, if you look at all the great music this guy has been involved with over the past forty plus years it's just amazing!

  • Ozzy sounds alright here, he is better now...but still.

God damn, it makes me sad to watch this, just seeing how fucking happy Ozzy was here. He and Randy were best friends, you can see it.

  • @mithosleaderofcruxis Yeah! Absolutely.... This just prooves that raw talent can win over technology.

  • 0:43 the best Randy shot

  • Randy Is My God

  • randy makes that guitar move and sound any way he wants

  • That solo was intense

  • ozzy sounds like shit here

  • @thedude8512 the sad truth is i think ozzy sounds good here lolol

  • isn't great how this holds up against time? mark my words here and now. In 25 years everybody who became "somthing" on american idol will long be forgotten. Real talent amd art has staying power.

  • that is some excellent guitar playing

  • heavy metal web would have it

  • randy road RIP the best of the best

  • Awesome! If you grew up playing guitar in the early 80's, RR had to be one of your idols. Great tone, great licks, great hair.

  • that fucking tone is great!

  • Damn, Ozzie knows how to shake that hair.

  • this seems to be ozzy's best, as far as being in tune, of the night. randy is liquid fire as usual.

  • this is the only professionally shot video of Randy Rhoads. Ozzy's voice was way off that night, which is probably the reason it has never been officially released.

    Anyway, Randy Rhoads was amazing.

  • 1. 47 ?????

  • planes are dumb...it only killed the most awesome guitar player ever...HUH?

  • Love Randy, But Oz is cracking notes all over the place.

  • agreed. they ruled my world 328 years ago. Love them still

  • Killer guitar tone!

  • It was 28 years ago today, on a Friday, that Randy foolishly got talked into riding on that small Beechcraft Bonanza airplane piloted by a coke-head idiot. My only consolation, then and now, is that the idiot pilot died too. Just glad I got to see Ozzy and Randy two weeks before that tragic day, still have the tour shirt and ticket stub. RIP Randy Rhodes!

  • It was 28 years ago today, on a Friday, that Rhodes foolishly allowed himself to be talked into riding on a plane piloted by a coke-head idiot who had been awake all night driving the tour bus. He had the bright idea of "buzzing" the tour bus, which was parked on the mansion owner's property, but a wing clipped the bus and then the plane with pilot, Rhodes and the band's hairdresser, crashed into the mansion, which was in Leesburg, FL. Just glad I saw Ozzy & Randy 3/6/82. RIP Randy Rhodes!

  • Wah pedal at 4:48? I've always wondered that

  • @goodygoody23 I think it might be a phase 90! if not then it must be several effects together including a wah

  • @blurgenizer55 ooooooooh that actually makes sense. Yes thanks

  • @goodygoody23 Thanks for pointing that out I didnt even notice it at first! Randy is such a badass I love how he cracks up after he does because he knows how cool it was

  • @blurgenizer55 haha thats Randy-like he was such a happy guy

  • What's that voice around 3:13 3:12? After "were all in the dance I think" you hear a voice if you listen carefully

  • I can here something, but I can't make anything of it over Randys shredding lol

  • what is the bass player wearing lol

  • Ozzy's jock strap, er cod piece. j/k

  • "After Hours" is the best video footage in Ozzy's career... That's the true Metal Spirit.

  • where can i get this concert from?????????

  • they only played 4songs i dont know crazy train mr crowley and suicide solution

  • @mefmef21 HERE ONLY NO MOVIES WITH RANDY AVAILABLE EXCEPT THIS THEY MADE A DOC ON HIM IN THE LATE 80 BUT ITS NOT AROUND THE NET I HEARD GE WAS PLAYING HIS AXE AND PLAYIN G AROUND WITH HIS AMPS PKLAYING RIFFS OH LKISTEN ON CRAZY TRAIN OF THESE AFTER HOUR VIDS U CAN HEAR REAL LOW THE GROWL OF HIS MARSHALL AMP ITS AUDIBLE ON ALL THESE SONGS

  • @metalmusiqcrzy yeah but why did they make any videos off the first 2 studio records 1980, 1981. yes it was early but there were plenty of videos from lesser know bands even @ that time that were being made for 500 -1000 bucks. heck just video the making of the records in the studio or a video like VH's jump would have been great, that one only cost 500$

  • when ozzy and randy meet they kicked assrandy was one of the best gurtarist of all time

  • @TheThomasgray Yea man in the Book I Am Ozzy He says that when he first met Randy he thought he was either a girl or gay...then offered him a beer and Randy said a coke would be fine and ozzy said "ill get you a beer" now thats fucking awesome!!!! R.I.P Mr.Rhoads

  • i love ozzy and randy is one of my favorite guitarists of all time

  • i love randy rhoads guy is legendary i bought a les paul same colour in respect to him. R.I.P

    Gone but never forgotten

  • hey man tommy was alright. very fast precise drummer. and stop talking about randy rhoads death you guys are so fuckin stupid about how he died. does it matter?

  • The lick at 1:41 was so damn tasty, even Rudy had to acknowledge it!

  • that is a really damn rocking lick indeed :)

  • BTW...

Only guys that can comeclose to that style of shred on a Les Paul worth a shit are Neal Schonn, Dave Meneketti, and Zakk. Well...at least in my opinion.

And you know what opinions are like right.

  • Randy...Ozzy...Tommy...Rudy.

    Absolutely ftw.

    Totally untouchable.

  • It was one of their first. They only had five shows under their belt when they did this.

    RIP Randy we miss you

  • this is the last concert of rhoads? really i dont know, or was first??

  • Actually Randy went on the plane to take photos of the location looking down and Rachael and the pilot Andrew Hancock got him on and little did ethier them know the pilot was doing cociane and the pilot tryed buzzing the bus before landing and on the third time he crashed the small plane into a nearby garage instantly killing everyone. The combo of a drugged pilot and untested prototype bonooza plane resulted in a crash. Hope I cleared this up.

  • i see more people here masturbating to a dead randy rhodes than a live one.

  • no its more like 1000000/10

  • Awesome. 5/5

  • I wish that i would show the guitar fill at 4:16 because its really badass, it sounds like the same fill from the beginning except played At the twelth fret, and its a little different and faster, Extremely badass though. Anyways check out some of my videos please

  • Randy has complete total control over his instrument, Its really quite unbalievable. And I think the guitar fill right after the intro is one of THE most BADASS things ive ever heard. Its not really hard to play but its just really cool

  • control of the whole band dude. watch the drummer look at randy for the changes in the song.

  • I doubt the great Tommy Aldridge depended on Randy to know where he was in the song. Tommy is one of the best in the biz

  • YOUR STUPID!!!!! HE was no the plane, And I quote.from Off The Rails the book By Rudy Sarzo Andy's going to take Rachel and me up on a plane to see the countryside. the plane hit the tour bus and hit a house where the bus was parked 4 the night it happened in Fla. ASS you dont know what your talking about talking about .

  • Ok so i was wrong. He was on the plane, i never read the book. I KNOW ALOT MORE ABOUT HIS MUSIC THAN HIS BIOGRAPHY.

  • hahaha silly

  • to *blurgenizer55* ur even more stupid u fuck. Even Ozzy said it in his biography how RR died. and it was on a Helicopter at night when they couldnt sleep. The helicopter crashed on the next house of ozzy where he was sleep and he was crying for 2 days. Anyway stop hearing ur fucking 13year old rumors and concetrate on facts.......which are RANDY ROCKS FOR EVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER AND EVER

  • sorry to burst ur bubble but he was in the passenger seat of a private plane and was flying over ozzy's trailer to try to wake him up. They clipped it on the third try and lost control and crashed.

RIP Randy we all miss you

  • Weve already established that, dont throw a bitch fit

  • he wasnt in a helecopter he was in ozzys private jet with his friend and they wanted to prank ozzy by flying next2 his house but they crashed into his barn

  • @hairyyetiboy

    honestly....what the fuck

who the fuck would want to fly a jet so fucking close to the ground....

and why the hell would ozzy even own a barn

  • There`s a FULL explanation in "I am Ozzy" his book co written by Chris Ayres. Read it!

  • dude...are you siding with "hairyyetiboy"

  • it wasn't a jet, it was something like a cessna. which has propellers and is very small. secondly, it wasn't a barn, it was someone's mansion.

  • ozzy didnt own the barn u twat it was the tour bus drivers barn

  • You stupid, son of a bitch. Don't even comment about things if you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. Ozzy was on the bus, Randy and the stylist were on the plane with the pilot. The plane clipped the bus and crashed into the mansion. Idiot.

  • yea ppl who are sayin it was a helicopter crash are pissing me off, theres frickin youtube videos of the news from that day and they all say it was a plane crash, i hope you dont call yourselves a randy fan if you dont know how he died, christ

  • ok he shouldve known how randy died. but its the music everyone loves randy for. why try to remember how he died, when you can just listen to his music and stuff.

  • are these people saying it was a helicopter crash just bullshittn us people who know what we are talking about or are they really that stupid? omg... stfu

  • leesburg fl sucks

  • it was a plane. it happened about 20 miles up the road from me.

  • dude the helicopter was stevie ray vaughn. Randy died in a plane crash. My guitar teacher was there :(

  • i remember i couldnt go to that show that day cuz i had work with my kids but GOD DAMMIT how could i know that randy would died in a helicopter....and yes it was a helicopter. One night before a concert they were all not sleeping and the drummer had an idea of goin a short trip with the helicopter and randy and bassist went too but ozzy was tired and he slept ...after the flames go around ozzy kneed down and watched the world destroying around him .....ozzy said that in a show in the 80's

  • thats not how it happened. it was a plane crash. he the bus driver ans racheal youngblood went on for a joyride or a prank against ozzy, and it crashed. stfu and get outta here nub

  • No, it was a plane.

  • I've heard of diff stories, but it was a plane dude, the bus driver knew how to fly the plane and he took Randy and I believe the hair dresser up in the plane, the plane glanced of the bus, tipping it over, and then crashed into a mantion. Theres a video on Diary of an Axeman, a randy tribute website, and theres a video of the news from the occassion

  • I wish there were bands playing today that 1) have good songwriting 2) have great tone 3) great musicianship 4) style 5) gel together... Seriously... simple metal/rock (whatever) like this, Van Halen (early 80s), Led Zep, Sabbath... Kids these days... joking, but seriously who really rocks now? QOTSA are about the only ones.

  • Black Stone Cherry

  • I agree g0thmoth. Dont lose sight of Tommy Aldridge or Rudy Sarzo either!!! Amazing at their crafts as well.

  • Absolutely true, and yes I see and hear them loud and clear!!

  • Don't forget Bob Daisley wrote the lyrics and bassline....I don't know about the song structure.

  • In my honest opinion, Ozzy never looked happier, or more fulfilled as a performer than when Randy was there beside him. Seen Ozzy several times, and saw the Sabbath reunion too. Always good, but he just seems elated to be on stage during this era.

  • because he dont have drugs to keep him happy..lol!!..jk but yea your rite man he doesnt but i do really hate when jumps on stage liek a fucking retard

  • HE DID have drugs back then.

He was fuckin Smashed when he hired Randy.

    lol

  • Yes, it was it his golden years, and you could tell he was reacting to it with glee in the presence of the Great One, Mr. Rhoads.

  • Ah.. my brothers! They never fail to rock my fucking world!!

  • Dude, I went to the website where you get this vid, and it won't let me download, i clicked on the link and then a website pops up then the video does...

  • Right Click On The Video on the download bar and right click open containing folder and move it to a different file.

  • Do I click on the link? or do I open the video?

  • I'll make a video!

  • That could help

  • @mribanez123 SHARE

  • Nice, but why did you steal this video from the other users who posted this video a long time ago?

  • I didn't it's on this one website for everybody I'm stealing or anything, Do you have a myspace

  • Oh, I didn't know that, sorry. And no I don't have a MySpace, why?

  • Just Wondering

  • kinda suspicous...
