  • I LOVE Lucy's voice in this! Her range is perfect for this role.

  • The stage looks amazing.

    The voices are incredible.

By far one of the best videos I've seen online. :)

  • He was a little flat, but good performance. :)

  • handsome voice!

  • ew.

the instruments messed up in the beginning.

  • lol.

Yuki, it's called dissonance. You should try it sometime!

  • @YukiMizuma Haha they didn't mess up, that's just Sondheim.

  • This is brilliant! Definitely has its highlights the movie doesn't have. Though I do like Johnny Depp, I must admit, I prefer this Sweeney's baritone voice.

  • yeah. Johnny, while brilliant, really isn't much of a singer.

  • Your Sweeney has a great baritone voice.

  • wonderful!

  • OH! City on fire! you the life of me, this is The ONLY version, i could indertand what she was saying. x.x

  • I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the 'Sweeney Todd' clips. What a wonderful bunch of talented actors! :)

  • this versions gd! :D

  • I loved this Anthony SO MUCH MORE than the pretty boy who played him in the movie. Really amazing.

  • I know, right! Being a Sailor onboard a ship was not easy with 1846 technology the way it was. The whimppish "pretty boy" in the movie would have been eatin' alive as a sailor boy!

  • I really like this version! The singing is great, particularly Sweeney's. I also like how they got an actual child to play the survivor's daughter, 'cause the other versions used adults that looked completely fake.

  • Thanks. We had two real cute kids (Nina and Claire) alternating the part each night. We also used them in another part of the show...eventually I'll put up another video that shows what.

  • Yeah, I'm not too sure, but I think the batteries in his body mic ran out of power that night, so he's singing without amplification.

  • Was there a problem with Anthony's mic?

Because I couldn't hear him all that much...
