Nah the other name for it is a moon kick its like a flash gainer but you go over your shoulder and to the side more and that back leg is supposed to have a kick somewhat to get you ready for corks

i have like a phobia of going backwards, one time i tried doing a back flip on my Buddie's trampoline and i just jumped back and landed straight on my neck. it was literally my entire body weight crushing down on my frail bent neck, it scared the hell out of me because i noticed about 5 minutes later that i was pretty much a comma away from being crippled
That's because you didn't have a spotter... or a good one at least. Most people are afraid, but if you consistently practice in a controlled environment, you get over it. I recommend trying with someone who has experience next time.
could be, but a friend can do it too. so, for a back tuck, a person places their hands behind your back and knees and flip you as you jump in the air. As you start to get the motion, the spotter flips you less and less until you can do it all by yourself.
