the psy-links help your leveling system, same with the dolls. when u level up, u get more skills, slo-mo etc.

Something I found in this episode when I watched through caught my eye, if you notice at 10:13, my PVR freezes for a split second. What is weird is that this is known to happen to cameras in real life situations when encountering something paranormal. Spoooookyyyyyyy.
