Hell yeah, OnStar can turn off the vehicle, slow down the vehicle, make the lights flash, activate the horn, and don't forget that every OnStar vehicle has a microphone embedded right in the mirror console on top of the car.

@VideoGuyNC Most people are oblivious to OnStar's detrimental effects to their GM vehicles. Even if you have a GM vehicle with OnStar and the service is not activated, it still tracks driver data and can be used by law enforcement and others for various things. I remember reading a whole article about the subject on the sneaky frills of OnStar on Autoblog a couple of months ago.
