Yeah the pitch is way too high, this audition sounds closer to Princess Peach or Cream the Rabbit than Rarity. You really don't put enough emphasis on the whining aspect. I think it would be better if you did your lines A LOT slower so you could greater emphasize the various emotions Rarity conveys.

0:18 gets closer to what Rarity should actually sound-like, but it really lacks emotion. The context of that line was that Rarity was fed-up with Prince Blueblood's mannerisms.

Hearing your real voice against the Rarity voice you put on, I can tell that you could definitely get it right if you didn't strain it so high and kept more to your natural tone :) The accent is pretty good, so all you have to do is lower the pitch and take some of the breath out of it. I think you could be a really good Rarity with some practice! ^^

Your pitch is a little too high for Rarity, but it's heading in the right direction. Make her accent a little thicker, and the pitch a little lower, and viola (: best of luck!
