fun fact, that is a 12 lbs hammer (the largest one we had in the shop) no need for anything larger, especially for where we were in the process, the majority of the heavy moving was done. when this video was made were are also relatively inexperienced, having only learned striking less than a year prior, so anything larger could be dangerous and in efficient. what can't be seen is that it was probably 115+ degrees (charleston, sc in august) and we had been working on it for several hours
I doubt you could have kept that tempo for much longer. Power hammers may be over-rated, but they don't get tired! Good work though. What were you making?
I think you should at least talk about what your making or something like that or make the video long enough to see how the piece your working on turns out! :(
