Spontaneous presence might be a little hard to do, as everyone needs to work/study or have his/her own time every once in awhile. But other than that, II personally think your requests are reasonable.
While there are some guys who just want sex a relationship, I assure you there are many others who are looking for similar things that you are looking for.

Being an Asian male, I want a girl who is appreciative of and open-minded towards other cultures. I want a girl who cares about me and enjoys being around me.

my girlfriend watches me play Playstation 3 for 10 hours a day. She just sits there and watches.
And when we go out, I'll be looking at other girls all the time. She doesn't care.
She makes my bed, cleans my room, cooks for me, and buys me video games.
She cleans my dirty underwears too.
