Have to disagree with Bigje2008. Now Obama has something on his website suggesting that they support clean coal.

However, Biden clearly said he was against clean coal and even went further and said "no coal plants in America". There is nothing ambiguous about what Biden said. (Whether Obama agrees may be at issue.)
