Great video! We live just up from the Arm St promenade, seen at the 1:52 mark, and I'm glad to get to see this. Police were on our street making sure everyone stayed away from the seawall. My 3 year old was asking loads of questions about the bear so I'm happy to have this to show her. Thanks for posting!
