@RoboticDragon Because this song is a collaboration effort between Born Ruffians and Tokyo Police Club. It was released both on the Plinky Plonk EP and as a US iTunes bonus for TPC's album Champ, both released in 2010 at nearly the same time. Each song gives different credit; On Plinky Plonk, it's "Feat. David Monks", the vocalist and bassist of TPC, and on Champ it's simply "Feat. Born Ruffians".

Hope that clears it up a bit.
