i have a modem that i have had like for 3 or 4 years will a new one that says it have 150 tranferdata and my old one said 54mbps but when i do i speed test it says 0.37mbps but i pay 17 pound a month witch is for good internet will a new modem increase my upload

hi there! i just want to ask if how can you change the user interface from chinese to english? i bought this model then i only found out a couple of days later that the user interface is in chinese, i cant return it to the store where i bought. i emailed the tp-link support rep, they said i have to download the firmware from the website and i did but all there suggestion did'nt help. still the interface is in chinese.
