  • i thought this song was recorded live only

  • Two dumpasses accidentally clicked Dislike :I

  • i love the talk box!!

  • chorus is beast... listen to that bass bra.

  • being honest i had not heard the studio version, but I prefer the live version

  • Love this song, finally realized it was on the soundtrack from the classic movie Mother, Jugs, & Speed :)

  • I prefer the live version for some reason.

  • demas ese sonido de la guitarra,

  • 2 people are too stupid to know the way even after being shown

  • song hit

    gran cancion

  • This post is great! I have this vinyl and dont remember this version. Perhaps I should dig it out.

PURE ROCK! The way it should be. Always!

  • I forgot to add that he has so much more to add than "Frampton Comes Alive" and that it's a shame that so many people don't realize that!

  • Been a fan of Peter Frampton since "Humble Pie" days. One of the most underrated guitarists ever. Frampton forever!

  • So good song!

  • PETER FRAMPTON DOES "NOT" GET ENOUGH CREDIT FOR HIS GUITAR WORK AS I THINK THE AVERAGE PERSON "ONLY" LISTENS TO LYRICS.ROCK ON!!!!!!

  • pérola!

  • dude thanks for that studio version... whenever i hear this song i sing it as loud as i can and picture myself on stage good shit man

  • I've always liked the studio version better and I've seen Frampton over thirty times...

  • So is this the first version to come out? I know the most famous version is the frampton comes alive live track. I love this version, I can hear the bass lines better and the guitar box is awesome!

  • 2 people dont know whats music is

  • this song will get the ladies every time XD

  • * * * * *

    AWESOME

  • Igen ez az eredeti és a legjobb!

  • Ive heard so many different versions of this song that I dont know which one the original recording is anymore...

  • i was so happy back in the 90's to get a cd version of this great album, thx for the post!

  • THANK YOU FOR THE STUDIO VERSION!!!

  • one of the best things family guy could have done for me was to introduce this guy to me

  • First time i listen to the studio version! o.O

    So good... =)

  • the youngsters don´t know this guy but he was the best in his times..for me..

  • @panamarockradio sorry pal I'm 15 years old, who lives in a hispanic family and instead of listening to salsa or anything on the radio, when we get together we listen to peter frampton and all the great music from back in the day. i think of my dad with this song

  • @panamarockradio Hey, I'm 14 and I love Peter Frampton! I love ELO, the Doobie Brothers, Hall and Oates, pretty much any 70's bands and songs. I just don't get how other people my age can take all the auto-tune garbage. Can't spell CRAP without RAP.

  • Frampton is so good but a lot of people don't even know who he is.

  • @dignyochick: Yeah, you're right! What a pity! But we know!!! : )

  • The studio version is so damned good and when in the history of Rock radio has it ever been played?

  • @Margaux177 I agree this version is much better than the live. Believe it or not, this song AND "Baby I Love Your Way" were released on 45's about a year before the live ones. I remember hearing these studio versions on the FM "progressive" radio station in 1975 . Frampton was still kind of an underground act till his Live album came out in 76

  • @joemamajoshua13 no peter wouldent show them the way.

  • 2 crazy modefukers dont like this song!!!!

  • @caneta32 Romney and Gingrich!

  • This was a great time for music. You couldn't turn on Mtv. All we had was Don Kirshner, Supersonic and the Midnight Special. Back during the "Dazed and Confused" era. New Years Eve was always awesome! We appreciated music a lot more and didn't take seeing it played for granted. Jeez, Battle of the Bands at the neighborhood carnival in the summertime was a rockin good time! Part of a bygone era that young people will never experience.

  • i heard that peter frampton has assburgers is this true?

  • cdimes you r just an ignorant bastard

  • Teenagers are lame. You guys don't know anything. Fact.

  • @cdimes most teenagers*

  • It is always very good to hear this early and super-classic music from "The Framp."

  • Listened to this album before going surfing in the seventies, loved this and the Camel.

    Mickey Marlborough.

  • Nice version!!! Thanks for posting it:)

  • hap i went to a party and played a boston song and the hosts mom came home and found us. instead of kicking us out she started dancing and know has a huge respect for me=)

  • @jager3135 whats the world coming to when teenagers now seek the respect of parental figures. i hope at least the host now wants to kill you for taking drunken advantage of having common ground with his mom. if not then once again, whats the world coming to.

  • i love this song,it remimnds me 5 months ago getting u op on saturdasy morning and this song comes on when time life broadcast midnight special late late concert 4 u 2 buy,im 15 and when i go 2 teen parties and clubs they play all the music of today and it sucks i stop going i like goignt o older parties were they place stuff liek this.

  • Peter Frampton Is A Really Great Singer & Guitarist & Keyboardist.

  • Heard this song when I was 13 now that really dates me LMAO :D

  • DeanWinchester1979 thank you for sharing the music of this great singer is a great musician.

  • todays youth just dont care about good music anymore, this beats any of the other mainstream shit thats written today by miles, coming from a 17 year old i rekon alot more 17 yr olds should apreciate great tunes nowdays

  • This is when I got into him, summer of 75.

  • Show Me The Way !!!!

  • La acacabo de conocer

    y simplemente me gusto

    esta genial

    =p

  • Frampton Comes Alive!!!!!!!!!

  • YYYYYYYYYEAAAAAAAAAAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • correction, [ ...never went "too" far into a blues scream...]

  • Peter always had a great, subtle plaint to his voice which created a sweet vulnerability to the vocal and was inserted tactfully in each song. But it never went to far into a blues scream or cry (Plant, Coverdale, Joplin). It fit HIS music so perfectly and still does!

    The man's a great artist....a genuine tunesmith.

  • I love the studio version! This whole album is classic and my favorite ;^) ♫

  • Freaking fabulous!

  • Wow I like this better than the live cut. Ilike the production a lot, the vocals are nice and flat/no reverb and really bring out his voice... which I like a lot. Love how his accent comes out -- "Swimming in a circle...." LOL.

  • lets get stoned!

  • The talkbox is badass even in the studio

  • @bwc3821 LOL yeah!!!!

  • @cobone1 Uhh yes, it is Frampton.

  • Now this is Music.

70s ROCK. if you were not born in the 60s you missed the boat.

60s 70s & 80s were so Awesome Girls Girls Girls.

Sex Drugs And Rock N Roll.

  • Excellent.Love this song.Better live though!!

  • its a tossup in my mind between this and live, it sounds great either way

  • i love it and i wanna kiss the moon

  • Being 20 years old and having to listen to rap at parties, i want to listen to this!

  • @thiede07 HA !! Sooooo sad innit?

  • @thiede07 i am right there with 'ya buddy!

  • @thiede07 You don't have to listen rap at parties. There are plenty of parties where rap music is not played. 20 years old doesn't mean you don't have a choice. You have a choice NOT to attend parties where rap is played. Throw your own party - and bust this out. How about that - 20 years old?

  • @thiede07 Dude seriously where are the parties with the good music, this rap bullshit is ridiculous, I seriously hate it. I wanna have a good time and jam out.

  • @thiede07

I know the feeling all the other people my age, 19, listen to pop and i just keep thinking what crap play some zeppelin or something. My dad has a much better taste in music than alot of my friends.

  • @goblinwarchief21 yea Im 23 and I dont mind listening to alot of the modern music now but I still feel like our generation got fucked over with the music we have!

  • @atl2maryland oh you were take it from me......

  • @atl2maryland music has gone the same way visual art did many years before.. and basically everything else, movies and such, all about the money and not really much left of the soul and longing people had before just to make something that they felt into something beautiful like a song or a good story into a painting, movie etc.

we need to get rid of all the greed and start pouring some soul into art again :(

  • @davidtausen yea now people cater there music to certain people for the money and fame rather than making heartfelt songs about situations going on in their life. Now music (especially rap) is a fantasy land where every1 is rich, fashionable, and theyve mostly all gone hollywood. Im hoping that 2012 & on will be a reemergence of pure art

  • @atl2maryland Shut the hell up.... Our generation has great music. Avenged Sevenfold? Many other artists write great music so shut the fuck up.

  • @Fiftee1Fiftee I never said it didnt have great music you imbecile. I said I feel like we got fucked over. Every generation has great music. Go hide under a rock with your 70 I.Q. Your comment was completely fucking pointless.

  • @thiede07 i know. im 17 and i love rock and metal (70s-some nowish stuff) since i was a baby. great song

  • @thiede07 I'll never understand rap.

  • @thiede07 Im 15 and I feel the same way!!

  • @MasterGuitar777 No one cares how old you are.

  • @GOPsMrDependable Dude your probably some fatass living in his parents basement, with no friends and no girlfriend. shut your stupid mouth. Jesus I hate ignorant bastards like you.

  • @MasterGuitar777 Don't say Jesus to me. Thats disrespectful to him. I won't tell you how old I am because thats against my principles

  • @GOPsMrDependable Ur principles???? Lol its just ur age buddy, calm down. Lawl

  • @thiede07 get new friends

  • The studio version always was better

  • ♫ Show Me The Way ♫

  • you know i do like the live songs alot i just like songs when they get back to simplicity

  • @GibsonRocks12 hell ya man
