Kaiser time delayed my applications to prevent me from receiving COBRA coverage knowing that I needed a surgery. Details below.

Was laid off and wanted to continue with COBRA. I sent an application, called Kaiser, too much time had passed and no info sent back. They claimed they never got the forms. I sent another set to Kaiser and still claim they never got them. Finally I sent them them a third Certified copy this time to same address. They said that they received them this time and are a couple days past the deadline and cannot accept me. They knew I needed a minor surgery several months prior to me getting laid off.

I know what it's like to be violated by a doctor...I was one of 25 women who testified against a doctor who still practices medicine in Austin, Texas! ...it was an atrocity to a human being!! I think (some) animals are treated better by people than human beings by SOME doctors, because of the "Animal Right" activists. Beside there is not much money for individuals researching on animals, but for corporations (pharmaceutical ones). Now days, and for last three decades, many young people "study" medicine for the status and the money they can make. They don't care much about human beings suffering

I noticed this video has been put out from You Tube a week ago, after just three weeks "in the air", and about 1,500 hits. Looks like Kaiser Permanente didn't like the true to be exposed so well in the internet!!! I'm very sorry you have to go through that medical crime. This video will surely stop other surgeons to do experiments without consent on human begins. It's about time medical "industry" becomes a source for help and health to people, not merely a cold bussines.

Why you? Perhaps in part because you are a woman. Since the 1800s physicians have been using women as teaching cadavers while they are under anesthesia, including letting gangs of students do pelvic and breast exams while women are under anesthesia. You are right they are sick in the head, but women, children, and poor males have been targeted for some time by teaching hospitals. Your case is particularly horific. Sorry it happened.

Ms. Stein-What courage, intelligence, and perseverence to expose the truth and not accept what these liars have done to you! Patients and legislators need to know this extremely valuable lesson that you have indeed given your life for. That often doctors and hospitals, like KAISER, HURT people and then LIE about it. The taxpayers then must pay to keep the patient alive--while Kaiser "thrives."
