@patsrule1112 2K did have NFL titles from 1999-2004 that competed with EA's Madden series and while they did give EA a run for their money, your point is moot because in December 2004, EA signed an exclusive agreement (which ends in 2012 that they'll most likely renew) with the NFL for an undisclosed amount of money, making Madden NFL the only series allowed to use NFL team and player names.

Look at the way they walk, run, and back-up in Live. They look like puppets or sumthin, lmao! The animations have been fixed in 08 for all you Live fans. They no longer run like charactars on your saturday night cartoons. In fact, they move alot smoother. Still, this is an issue 2K has never even had a problem with.

sorry I post so much (and sorry if my english is bad, I'm from austria) but I have to tell so much to this game, because I'm addicted to basketball. playing online is really fun in nba live, that's right NationalPro. and in online games the better player always wins, like it should be. but against a computer opponent there are so many impossible things that really frustrate me! in 2k7 every player has his strenghts and you can use them.

and in nba live EVERY player can stop EVERY other player, for example steve nash can stop shaq's or dwight howard's dunking, or ben wallace can stop iverson, bryant, james, tmac etc. in one on one, because he is listed a a good defender. in 2k7 nash lands on his ass really hard when shaq or howard are dunking, and wallace would never see a crossover from fast guards.

I played nba live since 97, but since 2002 the game lost on quality, it has soooooo much mistakes! nba live 2000 was nearly more realistic than 07. I play nba 2k7 now, since 3 months. it's my first nba 2k, but it's much better and realistic than nba live. in 2k7 you gonna have success if you understand the game, in nba live you can only win if you make the most impossible moves and dunks.

live graphics only look good on a screen shot and close-ups, but in 2k the graphics always look good and feel good while live is real choppy, plus you tell the difference in player's body in 2k, all of lives players have the same build, shaq and yao ming look like half brothers, other than the skin color there is no difference in the body types
