Cy, metroflex has top quality equipment but it is a dungeon gym. You will see spitting, yelling screaming groaning, swearing and lots of "light weight" thron around. And to top it off, NO AIR CONDITIONING... are you sure you are ready for that?

ryan, you have to undertand how hardcore metrofle gym is. First and foremost, there are no women allowed to train there. Secondly, it'sa dungeon gym. if you go there wearing little spandex shorts and a tnak top you will be asked to leave. This is a place where you will see a spit bucket, yelling, groaning, swearing, and everything your momma told you not to do. Do you think you are ready for metroflex?
