3rd day! my brain hurts XD though i;m pretty sure that's not the thing that should be hurting XD I'm doing better! yay, most of the things i find all need some kind of extra tool that i don't have so i;m so happy i found this XD
wow, i;m surprised i could do so much of this program XD i am 380lbs but abnormally strong, even being so strong i could never do any thing like this for so long before, I'm on my 3rd day and i am doing amazing, just got to keep going XD thanks for making this available.
my core is really weak after two months of sleeping and watching TV and movies ,I feel I have no control when I run and no power when I bush something and this is my third day doing this program and I felt something deep in my stomach stabilize me when i bush ,I'm really happy of this fast improvement

your videos helps me a lot , cause i am getting stronger this last months i was really weak, but now i am making more and more activity and i am stronger and stronger every day-

That was a great workout! I just finished and I gotta say I found the 'airplane' the most challenging.
Oh and how many reps do you suggest for the side hover? I did 15 on each side. Is that about right?
