that was definitely a travel, however you never really see refs call travels on running layups/dunks. see the vid on lebron's three point play (in which he takes 4 steps) if you don't believe me

we never call that a travel in the us, also we dont call palming the ball ever, or carrying the ball. Guys literally go up the court in three dribbles, lol it does get pathetic but this was awayyy nice facial
