bulls**t mate, ground effect only gives it a bit more lift thts about it and you can see people taking pictures meaning it's obviously some kind of air show or performance testing. most commercial planes use electrical systems leaving them unaffected and even if it did use hydraulics, it's all inside tubes at controlled pressures (since that's the whole point of hydraulics) meaning altitude changes nothing.
