@jerredmoon josh everett made everything look so much easier too. On richs last squat clean he held at the bottom while josh straight up plowed through them all. They are both incredible tho
@Pittfanforever actually if you compare the vids, start from the same time till finish, rich did all the movements faster than josh with much less transition time inbetween reps on the sq cleans. it was pretty neat to watch side by side.
@ArCxlioN I have chronical back pain and my knees have been fucked up since I was 15. Mostly because of freestyle skiing, but also because of a freak accident in the deadlift. I didn't even go hard, just popped my back with the warmup weight. I wasn't trying to be a bitch, just worried about his back. Not many people can lift with that kind of bent back.
@ArCxlioN the amount of time and weight has nothing to do with form, if you cant clean or deadlift with proper form then it means you cant do it at all. If you think it does, then go ahead, mess up your lower back
