The title was misleading in the fact that you did some core work as well. Something I would like to add is that if you are going to get into plank position, maybe do a side view instead of head on so that you don't get perv-subs. Overall great channel.
tonign is losing fat and gaining muscle... you can't do both at the same time... you can't just magically 'tone' an area with light weights.
lifting like a 10lb weight 10 times and not even getting tired will not do anything for your muscles. nothing. muscle grows by tearing muscle fibres. you need to lift heavy stuff to do that. at the end of your last set you should be panting and really struggling to complete another rep. that's how muscles grow.

@MeganXristine it's better to burn out your glycogen levels in your muscle (the sugar stored) in strength training, get through your routine and then do your cardio after :) if you would prefer to run first... more power to you though. Whichever way gets the job done!! We also always tell people to do abs first thing during your workout... so you don't ignore it at the end too.
@4countrygal4 You can't!!! You can 'spot sculpt'!! You want to tone up areas with muscle so your don't become skinnier and softer... so work those muscles girl!! It's the best solution to cellulite and to firm up areas on your body. Muscle also increases your metabolism-meaning it burns more calories per day making you lose fat on your body :) oh.. and if you do this circuit 3 times, your heart rate should be in ur cardiovascular zone, burning additional calories.
