This was taken off Canon's Japanese website wasn't it? At least put it up in HD.

The largest High Definition version available was uploaded. The original file was 960 x 540 but because the height is 540 pixels (instead of 720 pixels) it decreased it down to 480 pixels. Making the largest resolution only 480p.
