You're an apologist for the murder of over 500 women and children. Can you point out the difference between the position Harper takes to the Israeli attack on Gaza and that of Ignatieff?
I'm not "excusing" the Israelis. Are you excusing Hamas?
It's a messy situation, but it's all the way over there. It has nothing to do with us, or Ignatieff, so stop trying to use it as ammunition to try to smear it on him.
We have our own problems. If they want to be thick headed over there, that's their problem.
Deficit finance a Liberal 'contribution' to Canada and one knows that Ignatieff if elected will blame the present deficit on the Tories while spending like wildfire.
Deficit of $40 billion because of Harper. Great. Say what you want about the Liberals and Adscam, that's nothing compared to how Harper's been wrecking the economy. With the Liberals, we had a surplus - now we're in the red.
Exactly. And how has the GST cut helped anything? It ended up taking revenue away. The Cons are abusive to any security and assets the Liberals build. Back and forth it goes. Construct, create, build... abuse, use, destruct... round and round it goes.
the GST cut was meant to decrease prices and stimulate demand. but it's so insignifant compared to other demand determinants that it the benefit, if there was any, is totally insignifant. Big business may have profited somewhat from this as you mention, small business most certainly didn't win anything at all.
you might investigate which federal party brought us high deficit finance, in the first place. Do you really believe Ignatieff will desist from HIGH federal spending?
Stephen Harper accuses the liberals of spending too much and worsening the deficit.
Tell me, when has a tory government ever achieved a budget surplus or at the least balanced the budget?
NEVER

Jean Chretien's LIBERAL Government in the '90s.
When Stephen Harper took office, we had a surplus. Now we're back in a deficit.
Great job, asshole!

I don't trust Michael Ignatieff. If he tries to call an election, I hope he loses just as bad as Dion or worse.

Ignatieff support the slaughter of women and children in Gaza. Ignatieff's position is indistinguishable fro Harper's.

I highly doubt that. You're spreading FUD. A typical Con tactic.
"support the slaugher". I mean, come on, get a grip.
Are you defending the actions of Hamas? You do know that they use human shields and kill their own people.

Nothing beats the gross irresponsible uncontrolled wild unmanageable deficits of the grand master overlord of financial mismanagement: the Cons.
How much deficit again? 101Bil in two years.
Nuff said.
Time for change!

Tory times are hard times. They couldn't balance a book if they fell over it.
