The weapon is infact 400% reduce (invalid repair) these items are dropped from uniques. They can't be repaired, they sell for 1 gold to npc, and they can't be broken into elements. You can use weapon/protector elixers on these items. Check out one of my videos, I have one where I had a weapon from Lord Yarkan and used weapon elixers on it.

For +2 same for +1

For +3 elixir+lucky and wait 3second

For +4 wait 5 second

For +5 wait 7 second
