I got nothing against good gas mileage but i think there better ways to do it like i know a guy that has a CRX that is a blast to drive and stills gets 40+ mpg. Or my old 240sx got 35 mpg my ford escort gets 30mpg. s2000s, eclipses, MGs, and the list goes on all fun all great mileage. So i think the better and cheaper way to make a good sports car is something like a small four cylinder in a light wieght body. You would get good mileage, a ture 5-6 speed, without any complicated hybird system.

With the cars Honda is current producing, their about equivalent to Buick with boredom. They killed the NSX, and s2k. The SI isn't a fast thrilling ride. The CR-Z looks a little promissing but it will be a slow hybrid. It might be fun on the twisties but that's it. Honda now ='s lame/boring for driving enthusiasts.
