and also using a blu-ray disc which hold up to 10x's that of a normal dvd, means that games dont need to be compressed and uncompressed like the 360 does. all in all with the whole console war bs thats going on I think its up to the consumer to decide which of the 2 are better, my opinion is the ps3 because I own one and you get more bang for your $. Free online, built in blu-ray player, and top of the line graphics I think the ps3 in the end will allways prevail over 360!

im pretty sure the rsx card is better than the 360's gpu, ok so the 360 has built in antialaising (4x) and 40+ pipelines, but the rsx when combined with the cell processor is better, the rsx has 120+ bit color, where as the 360 still only has 32 bit. and also the ps3 might be more expensive but being someone that owns a HD TV I think it is a great value seeing as a standard blu-ray player can cost 300+ just by itself. also therer is too many extra's you need to buy with the 360..

Why did you list Left 4 Dead as Xbox 360 exclusive? That's not very smart considering you can get a (superior, cheaper) version on PC.

Otherwise, decent video. Except now, the 360 and the Ps3 are the same price, effectively making the Ps3 cheaper and having more bang for your buck.

But I won't be a fanboy, I had a 360. Gears was fun, never played the second. I couldn't get into Halo. I enjoyed the Condemned, Saints Row, and Dead Rising, but luckily all the sequels are on PS3 as well

You might've been thinking PS3 had more longevity than the Xbox360 because of blu-ray, but the fact of the matter is, it's the limited onboard memory in consoles that's their shortcoming.

The RSX is Eight Cores of 512MB GFX Cards, The 360 has the "Triple-Core", Three Cores of 512MB GFX Cards.

The only reason why the Multi-Platform games have better graphics is because developers have more knowledge of the DVD format, and are just learning the Blu Ray format.

You forgot to include the cost of the hard drive since the cheapest xbox doesn't come with one which will set you back $60. And you also forgot to include the rechargeable battery pack for xbox which is $30.Don't know exactly how much that is in euros. And for graphics power, compare killzone to Gears. Ps3 has changeable skins (Gamestop/Amazon). Xbox failure rate including new models has gone up from 1/3 to almost 2/3. Sales only really mean one is cheaper... and Xbox exlusives rate 7< Average.

The reason the games are 2 disks is because the games are too big (memory wise) to fit on 1 disk, not because they are so basic they require 2 disks. The average customer will probably not know how to do that and Sony probably didn't intend for them to do it either, its not a feature of the PS3 its just something people have found out you can do. The exclusives there are 160 aprox in X360 and 104 aprox in Ps3, the good ones (not my favorites) for each console: X360: Gears of war 2 (1 not exclusive) Fable II, please help me i dont recall any more. for me the 360 is really easy to use and party chat and xbox live is fantastic. PS3 games only range from 1st person shooters to racers.
