  • That's not a home workout, that's a gym workout. Best exercise for biceps (with bodyweight) is chin ups, but, do a v shape. Elbows very close together, fists about 1 ft give or take, apart. This isolates your biceps big time. Put backpack on 4 more weight!

    Just wait untill your fully grown with ( hardcore ) lifting weights... Or else it will have some kind of effect on you, when i whas 13 i started with ( hardcore ) ab work outs, and it had effects on my back... so i suggest just wait with the heavy duty and just build it up

  • @mil123dude123 yea I take protein shakes but stopped cause im too lazy to make 2 everyday, they do work you can do it to lose weight or to gain mass if you want to lose weight which i did cause i wanted to see my abs then you have too eat 6 small meals a day i replaced about 2 of them with protein shakes if you jsut want to gain mass just take one before workout and another one after workout good luck ps: theres a myth about shakes making you fat its bullshit
