This might be a little late but still relevant. Justin helps run a pro shop at Thunderbird Bowl in Wichita, Kansas. As stated, he still bowls in regional events, and is still very active in the sport. He also has private coaching sessions.
PS His son (who I bowl with and is in the 6th grade) is just as good as Justin, and I wouldn't b surprised to see him on TV one day...
Can't find any info on him. Yea a lot of guys always look frustrated like that. Holman, Ernie, Greg Kemp, Jacques, Roth... I guess some people just don't have fun bowling at that point.

Justin runs a pro shop in Wichita Kansas, he still bowls and participated in last years pba world championship stop in Wichita and bowled quite well.
